STEP 2 - LEARNING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY
During our first conversation, we will pinpoint the specific challenges your business is experiencing on Amazon and identify and set out realistic, achievable goals for the next 3, 6, and 12 months.
STEP 3 - DEEP DIVE & OPPORTUNITY FINDER
We will then take a look at your Amazon account exploring;
1) Your PDPs (product display pages)
2) Brand registry opportunity
3) Amazon account health
4) Amazon account set-up
5) Amazon Advertising | Sponsored Products | Display | Brands
6) Search Terms
7) We will assess your entire account and provide suggestions for improvements.
Then take everything we learned back to the Consultancy Worx Success Management Team. With this new information, we will be able to design a more comprehensive success strategy.
What that would look like in terms of KPIs and then integrate this within a Growth Projection Analysis (GPA). This will give us both an opportunity to discuss the opportunities for growth on our next call.
STEP 4 - OPPORTUNITY AND GROWTH PROJECTION
The Consultancy Worx Success Management Team will review your account and present findings on a Growth Projection Analysis (GPA) Call via zoom.
We will discuss the blueprint to get you to our goals and give you an estimated lead time for completion and implementation.
STEP 5 - WELCOME TO THE SUCCESS TEAM
After reviewing your Growth Projection Analysis, we’ll send you the Consultancy Worx agreement. Provided all looks well and you are happy to sign our terms of service we can get straight to work, after all, you have the blueprint and implementation strategy so you know what's coming up!
STEP 6 - IMPLEMENTATION
If you have not already met your account success manager you'll be introduced to them. Our Consultancy Worx team already know your business from the research already conducted and would now like to meet you face-to-face.
Our in-house experts have already constructed your Quarterly Planner - designed to get you on your way to the next 6, and 12-month Goals.
STEP 7 - OUR FAVOURITE "MONTHLY REVIEWS"
At the end of each month, we love to check in and discuss journey through the implementation plan so you as our client know exactly where we are at each step.
You’ll meet with your Consultancy Worx team member in a more comprehensive meeting to review the prior month's progress, align with the quarterly planner, and design the upcoming month.
Our video calls usually take around 30 minutes. We designed these well-structured meetings as a key element to your success plan at Consultancy Worx.
We can address any concerns or discuss any points you wish, this is very much your meeting.
STEP 8 - FORWARD PLANNING
The mainstay of The Consultancy Worx, your Quarterly Planning session is a periodic, all-encompassing assessment of the last 3 months together with an evaluation of where we are presently in your Business. We will also discuss the next 3 months and include any revisions to the original blueprint.
